LAS VEGAS (Oct. 20, 2025) — Cirrus Aviation Services, the largest private aviation company in Nevada and one of the largest in the United States, today announced the appointment of Michael Mungiello as a Strategic Advisor to support the company’s continued growth in the Dallas market.
This announcement follows Cirrus Aviation’s recent expansion to Dallas Love Field, marking its first major operation outside of Las Vegas and Southern California. The milestone was celebrated in late September with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the company’s private hangar within Atlantic Aviation’s facility.
Cirrus Aviation, family-founded and operated since 2009, launched in Dallas with select aircraft — including a Challenger 850 and Citation XLS — and now offers clients in Texas access to the company’s full fleet of more than 28 aircraft nationwide.

Mungiello brings over two decades of leadership experience in the sports and entertainment industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships at the American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks. In his advisory role, he will help Cirrus Aviation strengthen its regional presence by connecting the company with the area’s business and philanthropic leaders, fostering relationships that expand Cirrus’ client base and brand partnerships.

Prior to his role in Dallas, Mungiello served as SVP of Partnerships & Activations for the Detroit Pistons and as Chief Partnership Officer for the Vegas Golden Knights, where he played a pivotal role in launching one of the most successful NHL expansion franchises in history — culminating in a 2023 Stanley Cup Championship. Earlier in his career, he held partnership leadership roles with Calgary Flames Sports & Entertainment Corp. managing initiatives across the NHL, CFL, NLL, and WHL, and President & co-founder of a sports management firm. Mungiello has also served in multiple Advisory Board roles, including Visit Calgary and Vegas Golden Knights Alumni Association.
