For more than 16 years, our team has managed and operated aircraft — both commercially and privately — for owners across Nevada and beyond.
Owning a private jet can be complex and costly, but the right management partner protects your asset while making ownership simpler, more convenient, reliable, and efficient. Consider Cirrus Aviation your advocate and partner in the world of private jet travel. We take care of the technical details behind every trip so you can stay focused on your life, your family, and your business.
Our aim isn’t to turn every part of aircraft operations into a profit center. Instead, we deliver the efficiency and capability of a large, professional flight department at a lower cost — because here, you’re a partner as much as a client.

One call is all it takes. Your dedicated Flight Coordinator handles every detail — scheduling and permits, catering, hotels, and ground transportation across Las Vegas and wherever you’re headed. Your crew and aircraft are prepared and waiting; you simply arrive and fly.
Each aircraft is assigned its own hired pilots, so you’ll fly with familiar faces who know your preferences and your jet better than anyone. You also gain the backing of our deep pilot pool and large professional staff, which means vacations, illness, or training never interrupt your important business and personal trips.
Our seasoned aircraft maintenance team manages every element of your aircraft’s upkeep, from daily technical support to long-range planning. With deep expertise across Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Textron airframes, we maximize dispatch reliability while keeping costs and downtime to a minimum.
Routine servicing, inspections, and compliance tracking are handled in-house, giving you consistent quality control and adherence to the strictest safety standards. When it’s time for heavy checks, major inspections, or interior and exterior refurbishment, we work with a trusted network of select MRO partners so every major event is completed seamlessly.
Safety and ethics are the foundation of everything we do and central to our success. Cirrus Aviation proudly holds a Platinum Elite Safety rating from ARGUS International, awarded only after rigorous third-party audits and inspections. We instill both values throughout our organization, and as your partner we pledge to always act safely and in your long-term best interest.
Our Safety Management System (SMS) is audited every year by fully accredited certification bodies such as ARGUS and IS-BAO, along with multiple industry partners. Cirrus Aviation also takes part in the FAA’s voluntary SMS and ASAP safety reporting programs.
With our Part 135 Air-Carrier Certificate, you have the option to put your aircraft to work and earn monthly charter income that helps offset the cost of ownership. Depending on how often you fly and your maintenance schedule, many of the jets we manage turn cash-flow positive over the course of a year. Whether you’re aiming for strong charter revenue or minimal utilization, we’ll help you hit your personal targets while protecting your asset’s value.
Your aircraft’s maintenance is overseen end to end by our in-house specialists, with proven expertise on Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Textron fleets. Routine inspections and compliance tracking stay in-house for tight quality control, while heavy checks and refurbishments are handled through our vetted MRO partner network — all aimed at maximum reliability and minimal downtime.
Each month, our Finance team delivers detailed accounting and clear financial overviews, bringing full transparency to the day-to-day operation of your aircraft.
Our seasoned air-carrier team keeps every aircraft, maintenance, and flight-crew record current and compliant with all FAA and international regulations. We’ll also help you structure ownership, taxes, and billing correctly, steering you clear of legal or tax complications with the FAA and IRS.
Thanks to our fleet size and proven long-term safety record, our owner group enjoys significant insurance savings — all while carrying coverage that exceeds industry standards.
We hold exclusive agreements with major fuel vendors and FBOs, including the two largest networks — Signature Flight Support and Atlantic Aviation, our home base at Harry Reid International. Our Flight Coordinators compare FBO facility fees and draw on multiple fuel contracts to secure the lowest fuel prices and maximize efficiency.
With more than 100 pilots in recurrent training each year, our fleet owners receive deeply discounted rates at world-renowned simulator providers FlightSafety and CAE. Once training is complete, our crews also complete extensive in-house service and operations instruction.
Flight crew employed through Cirrus Aviation have access to our excellent medical benefits and 401(k) program.
Our experienced hiring team screens dozens of candidates every month, ensuring only the very best pilots join Cirrus Aviation.

Revenue and hourly targets are set together with the owner, typically ranging from 200 to 600 hours per year, and can be adjusted at any time. Trip restrictions — passenger count, pet carriage, trip length, and more — are set by the owner. A Cabin Host is assigned to every heavy-aircraft charter flight to look after guests aboard your managed aircraft.
Owners receive 90% of generated flight fees, plus 80% of sold empty legs as supplementary income.
All fees are billed at actual cost. Owner trips always take priority over charter. If a replacement aircraft is ever needed, additional fleet aircraft are available at a reduced rate, and extra fleet pilots can be staffed whenever required.

We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability.
To fulfill this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to all people: blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities, and more.
This website utilizes various technologies that are meant to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We utilize an accessibility interface that allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs.
Additionally, the website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level constantly. This application remediates the website’s HTML, adapts Its functionality and behavior for screen-readers used by the blind users, and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments.
If you’ve found a malfunction or have ideas for improvement, we’ll be happy to hear from you. You can reach out to the website’s operators by using the following email https://www.cirrusav.com/contact-us/
Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples:
Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website.
These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
We aim to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers).
Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their needs. There may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. Still, we are continually improving our accessibility, adding, updating and improving its options and features, and developing and adopting new technologies. All this is meant to reach the optimal level of accessibility, following technological advancements. For any assistance, please reach out to https://www.cirrusav.com/contact-us/
