Our Finance team provides thorough monthly accounting and transparent financial summaries, so there’s never any mystery about how your aircraft is performing.
Our experienced air-carrier team ensures all aircraft, maintenance, and crew requirements and records stay up to date and fully compliant with FAA and international regulations. We also help set up your ownership, tax structure, and billing correctly to avoid legal or tax issues with your flight department, the FAA, and the IRS.

Each month, our dedicated recruiting team vets dozens of applicants so that only top-tier pilots make it to Cirrus Aviation.
Our managed aircraft gain access to reduced rates on essential subscriptions such as in-flight Wi-Fi, OEM manual sets, and navigation chart services.
Hourly and revenue targets are agreed upon with the owner, generally falling between 200 and 600 hours annually, and remain adjustable at any time. The owner defines trip restrictions such as passenger numbers, pet carriage, and trip duration. For all heavy-aircraft charter flights, a Cabin Host is assigned to attend to guests onboard your managed aircraft.
The aircraft owner keeps 90% of generated flight fees and 80% of sold empty legs as added income.
Every fee is charged at actual cost, and owner trips always take precedence over charter bookings. Should a replacement aircraft be required, additional fleet aircraft are offered at a reduced rate, with extra fleet pilots available as needed.
